Seed Cycling

Foods have the ability to balance our bodies and support healing.

Adding in small amounts of certain foods regularly can have a profound impact on your health.

Seed cycling is one way to do this.

Seeds are considered YIN foods and contain trace amounts of the components that build our YIN hormones (estrogen and progesterone).

Add these combinations in regularly to help your body get back to balance

This works at all stages of being a woman and is good for fertility, peri-menopause, post-menopause and postpartum

You focus on certain seeds at different times during your cycle/of the month.

If you no longer have a period, follow the moon cycle

Raw and fresh ground to have the best results.

You can grind enough for a week and then pop it into the freezer to

keep it fresh

You can add it to salads, and smoothies, sprinkle it on top of soups or oats or

top stir-fried veggies etc.

Day 1-14 of your cycle or new moon to the full moon

2Tbs of freshly ground flax seeds and pumpkin seeds daily to increase estrogen

Day 15-28 of your cycle or full moon to new moon
2 tbsp of freshly ground sesame seeds and sunflower seeds

To increase progesterone
